CHANGE REQUESTS

Paper and Envelope Change
All selections to paper and envelope choices are final when placing an order through our website.

Collection Choice Change
Minor typography and content changes are included in your revisions and feedback. However if you wish to change the edition selected there are necessary fees determined by which phase your order is in:

Change Fees are as follows:
Prior to Design Phase - $50 per item + any difference in collection price
During Design Phase - 25% of item cost will be added
During or After Production - 100% of item cost

Change to Item Quantites

REPRINTS

Your approval of the Final Digital Proof acts as the final approval of your designs as they appear in the Final Digital Proof. Any changes requested beyond this point will require a reprinting fee. M. Poste is not responsible for any incorrect text that is approved by the customer.

If errors are found after printing, M.Poste will correct the errors free of charge but the customer is responsible for the reprinting and material costs at a 40% discount of the original cost of the item(s). Reprints needed within 14 business days will require a rush fee of $50 per item.

If any pieces do not match the designed content in the approved Final Design Proof, M.Poste will reprint the order free of charge and waive any rush fees to correct all errors.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our products, all M.Poste sales are final and are non-refundable. We cannot offer returns or exchanges of any kind in the event of cancellations or event changes.

PRICING

To view your total, just select the quantity of each item you would like to purchase and the total will be displayed through the website cart. Prices listed within our website are subject to change without notice. This total does not include shipping or tax.

 
 
 

FAQs

Do you have a physical location?

M. Poste is an online only and we do not have a public studio. At this time we do not offer in-person consultation however you may reach us through our contact page if you would like to set up an appointment for a phone call.

Can I purchase samples?

Yes. Samples of each invitation design are available for purchase. You can purchase them here.

Do you offer digital save the dates?

At this time we do not offer digital save the dates or wedding websites.

Do you offer Rush Orders?

A Rush Order is dependent on press availability and may not be available during peak times. Please inquire for at orders@mposte.com for applicable fees and rush fulfillment.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Our timelines are 6-8 weeks for personalized items and 2-3 weeks for non-personalized items. We recommend ordering at least 9 weeks before you want to send out your invitations.

Can I see a proof of my design before ordering?

As each design will be customized by our designer with your your unique information we do not offer proofs before ordering.

Will I receive hard copy proofs?

Your proofs will be submitted as electronic PDF’s that will be emailed to you for review and approval throughout the Design Phase. If you would like to see our printing and paper options we offer sample sets for purchase.

How do I provide content once I place an order?

Once your order has been placed M.Poste will contact you with your order schedule and links to your Content Forms for each piece within 48hrs. We highly recommend having your content and wording prepared before ordering.

What if I need a higher or lower quantity than what I ordered?

We cannot refund for requests of lower quantities that initially ordered. If you find you need to increase your quantity ordered, please let us know and we will issue you directions on how to place a quantity increase order. Quantity increases must be requested prior to Production Phase or will have an adjustment fee of $50 that will be invoiced to you. Note that any quantity change may affect your production schedule and delivery date.

Do I need to place my order for all my items all at once or separately for each item?

We welcome you to order in stages, as you have confirmed the content for each piece, or order all your pieces at once and we can arrange separate shipping timelines for your needs. Any additional shipping will be invoiced and must be paid before fulfillment.

Can I purchase printable files?

Unfortunately we do not offer printable versions of our editions as we want to insure the quality of print with each piece.

What elements are customizable in each edition?

Each edition will vary slightly with the elements that are constant or customizable. The overall aesthetic and style of each edition will remain unchanged, however within each edition there will be a set of curated elements such as papers, colors, and typography that will be variable.

How many design revisions are included in the proofing?

The proofing process includes three rounds of revisions. Your first initial proof will be delivered 5 business days after your content has been submitted. Your proofs will be electronic PDFs that will be emailed for your review. Additional revision requests beyond our 2 complimentary revision rounds are invoiced at $25 per round.

Can I change the fonts?

Each edition has a specific typeography collection for the specific aesthetic. However if there is about style from a seperate edition that you prefer then we are able to use those typography styles for your specific order. We encourage you to email hello@mposte.co before ordering if you wish to alter your typography style.

What type of printing do you use for production?

All digital editions are are flat printed with liquid ink using a professional printing press. All letterpress pieces are custom printed on an antique letterpress.

What papers do you use in your editions?

Each edition uses a different variety of papers. M. Poste loves paper - all the the textures, weights, and colors. And our editions are built on pairing unique and quality papers from the most respected paper companies. You can order a sample set if you want to touch and feel a few of the options we offer.

Can I change the dimensions of any of your items?

Our dimensions within each edition are set and cannot be modified. However if we do not offer the piece in the size you are needing you can fill out our custom piece form and we will give you a custom quote for your item.

 
 

Shipping & Delivery

M. Poste is located in Dallas, Texas and we ship to US customers only at this time. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and determined by the quantity, weight, and size of your order. Tracking information will be provided with every package.
